5 shots in Milwaukee after the fight; caught a woman

Milwaukee police say they have arrested a woman who was also the fifth victim of the shootings near 13 and Fiebrantz.

Five people are recovering from gunshot wounds after the fight escalated into a shooting, according to Milwaukee police, and according to police, the shooting began at 8:14 p.m. on 13 N Street, near Vibrantz. Three men, aged 25, 26 and 31, and a woman and 67 were injured. All four are expected to survive. When Milwaukee Police Captain Warren Allen was asked if anyone was in custody, he replied, “We know who we’re looking for.” Just before midnight, Milwaukee police said there was a fifth victim of the shooting, a 26-year-old woman who was taken to the hospital and treated for her injuries. Police added that the fifth shooting victim has also been arrested and that charges are pending from the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office and an investigation is ongoing.
