The cartoon dog has become a role model for parents around the world with his fun-loving approach to modern parenting.

Bandit Heeler is the popular father character in Bluey, a children’s cartoon in Australia that has scored hundreds of millions of views worldwide.

The second series launched on BBC iPlayer on August 1 and before its launch we spoke to Bluey-mad’s father, Adam Ployd, who explains why the show is his “favourite TV show” – and how Bandit represents “dad’s goals”.
