Cuban Venice is fighting for survival

Known for years as the “Venice of Cuba”, Isabela de Sagua, a small town on the northern coast of Cuba, is fighting to survive due to climate change and the displacement of its youth. Although half the residents have left this idyllic spot on the Cuban coast, many of the 3,000 remaining residents say they have no plans to leave.
