‘Great honor to represent Australia’: Albanese lays flowers for the Queen in London

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and his partner, Judy Haydon, were photographed joining mourners as they pay their respects to the Queen.

The Prime Minister laid flowers in Green Park next to Buckingham Palace, next to the Australian flag.

The package was accompanied by a card that read: “With the deepest sympathies, from the Prime Minister and the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia.”

“It is a great honor to represent Australia here,” said Mr. Albanese.
