Heavy snow creates “slush” conditions in southeastern Wisconsin

Drivers have been warned that heavy snowpacks are creating “wet” and “wet” conditions on roads in southeastern Wisconsin on Tuesday, November 15, after a heavy snowfall. This video from Madison resident Chris Lee shows snow blanketing the area Tuesday morning. “Raise your hand if you’re not ready for a winter wonderland,” Jones wrote on Twitter. Snowfall rates of half an inch per hour were possible, and visibility could be reduced to half a mile or less, according to the Milwaukee Office of the National Weather Service.
