Dr. Abbas Milani, director of Iranian Studies at Stanford University, says the Iranian regime can only survive by using “terrorism” and “instilling fear” in the public through state-sanctioned killings.
“Their goal is very simple, this is a regime that can only survive through terror and instilling fear in people,” Dr Milani told Sky News Australia.
“The ongoing demonstrations have shown that people’s fear has vanished.”
