Pollyanna Promises: The Prime Minister must provide “practical solutions” to Alice Springs

The public is beginning to wake up to the “Polyana Promises” of the Voice to Parliament versus the fact that Aboriginal votes are being ignored in Alice Springs, says Sky News presenter Peta Credlin.

A recent poll by The Sydney Morning Herald showed a further drop in support for The Voice.

Ms Credlin said the prime minister should fix problems in Alice Springs that required “practical solutions, not empty symbolism”.

“Despite months and months in which the prime minister told us we had to be on the right side of history and support his voice to Parliament, today’s poll showed that only 13 per cent of us felt we knew enough about him to explain this to someone else,” she said.
