The Prime Minister has announced a new investment of $70 million to help build a hydrogen center in North Queensland.
He says developing the hydrogen industry will help boost the economy by adding $50 billion to the gross domestic product.
The investment will also help create thousands of new jobs in Queensland and contribute to business targets for reducing emissions.
