The Late Show host gave an inside look at the four most important rules for a new speaker… and they’re pretty much basic dog commands.
“Sit down, come down boy, stay, and get Hunter Biden’s laptop,” Colbert cracked.
“We all know the best rules are kept secret,” he said. Reminds me of the Ten Commandments: “No… don’t you want to know!” ”
