From exploding penises to outrageous sex with marine animals to super kid with laser eyes, Prime Video’s The Boys has been known to deliver all the insanely bloody goods.
While the R-rated superhero show is currently in production for a fourth season, “The Boys” visual effects supervisor and associate producer, Stefan Fleet, Fans hinted on Twitter About how weird things will get next season.
“I think I just saw the most disgusting thing I’ve seen while working in this field so far,” Fleet tweeted Thursday.
The official “The Boys” Twitter account quickly took to delivering a perfectly timed shot of sarcasm, joking that season 4 will be rated “PG” unlike the show’s previous seasons, which all feature TV-MA age ratings.

Premiering in 2019, the violent, apocalyptic series is based on the comic books of the same name written by Garth Ennis and Darik Robertson.
The wild series is set in a disrespectful universe where superheroes are “often as popular as celebrities, influential as politicians, and sometimes revered as gods,” according to the show’s synopsis.
A satire of superheroes examines what happens when they stop using their powers for good and the disastrous results that follow.
