Princess Diana’s former private secretary, Patrick Jephson, says Prince Harry and Meghan Markle should have been together “about 25 to 30 years ago” if they thought “the paparazzi are bad now.”
“That was the time when you woke up and you had no idea what was going to happen to you,” said Mr. Jephson.
“Now they have a well-liked press.”
