To boost electric vehicles, New York has to decide where to put chargers

One of the biggest challenges with putting more electric cars on the road is giving drivers a place to charge them. New funding is being allocated from the federal government, states, and private entities to build charging infrastructure. But in urban areas like New York City, where do you put your chargers?
