Spencer Stewart recently completed a talent assessment for the senior leadership teams from both companies, one of the people mentioned above said.

The source quoted above added: “The Spencer Stewart report will be a key consideration for building the new leadership team at the combined Sony-Zee entity.”
Another source said Spencer Stewart completed the talent assessment process last month.
“They will present their recommendations to the top management — Zee Puneet Goenka, NP Singh from Sony, etc. — who will make a final decision on the way forward,” the source noted. The source added that the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) consulting firm was contracted to help the broadcasting giants complete the integration process. The cumulative number of employees of the two companies is estimated to be in the range of 4,000-5,000.
